BlackBerry Internet Service 4.1 coming in September?

BlackBerry Internet Service 4.1 is due in September, if N4BB is correct. I got hold of leaked documents and report to update the BIS is a list of other improvements. The new version apparently will be published along with OS 4.1 7A hit the U.S. until October, but published abroad in the month of September.
